Our facility is situated in a 12,000 sf heated building on approximately four acres. It consists of a 16’ wide x 16’ high x 50’ long blast booth utilizing recyclable steel abrasive and full dust collection. There is a companion spray booth of the same dimensions with heated make-up air supply and filtered exhaust. At this size it can handle almost anything that can be shipped over-the-road.
This
facility allows our fabrication shop to provide it’s product with multiple
coats of the high performance maintenance coatings currently being specified
by our customers. Due to the material handling arrangement, the number of
coats does not impede overall production.
In addition, we provide this service for other customers with the same quality and prompt service.
